SAFEX
electric overhead traveling cranes are designed &
manufactured in accordance with IS : 3177
considering adequate factor of safety
with respect to appropriate duty
classifications. The structural parts of the cranes are designed in
accordance
with IS : 807. Product range includes single girder cranes,
jib cranes, double girder
cranes, monobox cranes, Goliath cranes, EOT
cranes & HOT cranes to suit customers specific
requirements to handle material most efficiently.

HOISTS :
SAFEX Wire rope hoists are designed in modular construction which greatly
simplifies,repairs & cuts down - time. The special features are low head
- room, spur / helical gears running on antifriction ball
bearings with oil bath lubrication,
motors confirming to IS 325, " fail to safe " breakes which automatically operate in case
of any power failure, tested wire rope confirming to IS 2266, forged hooks
conforming
to IS 3815 and push button stations operating at step down voltage of 110 V : 42 V
or 24 V.
SAFEX Hoists are designed in accordance with IS : 3938 - 1979.and are compact, rugged & elegant in appearance. To accomodate specific requirements, SAFEX hoists can also be built with microspeed arrangements
( 10% of normal hoisting speed. ), flexible trolleys to negotiate small radius;
high speeds & high lifts; hoists suitable for steel mill duty; foundries & Chemical
Plants.

FLAME PROOF HOISTS
SAFEX hoists with flame proof electricals confirm
to IS : 2148. All
flameproof electricals used in the hoists are
duly certified by Central Mining Reserch Station,
Dhanbad
and are suitable for gas groups I, IIA & IIB.
Any critical dimensional requirement can be matched.
